Every lash service includes:
A mini consultation to confirm your style goals and lash health
Complimentary pamper tray that includes hot towel, coffee/tea & hand lotion upon arrival
A private lash room
A gentle cleanse using hypochlorous acid (commonly recommended for lash line hygiene)
Preservative-free hydrating eye drops are available during and after your service
Aftercare guidance so you know exactly how to protect your retention
Optometrist-led ocular hygiene training: On July 11, 2025, our team completed specialized training with licensed optometrists Dr. Gurleen Dhanoa and Dr. Aysha Chaudhry to deepen our knowledge of ocular hygiene and reinforce proper cleansing before, during, and after lash services.

What to Expect
Your appointment is designed to feel calm, comfortable, and easy from start to finish. Here’s what it typically looks like:
Before your appointment
Arrive with clean lashes if possible (no mascara or strip lash glue)
Skip oily skincare around the eyes
If you wear contacts, bring your case/glasses
During your appointment
You’ll relax with your eyes closed while we apply lashes one by one, customized to your eye shape, natural lash strength, and desired look.After your appointment
We’ll send you home with simple, realistic aftercare.
Lash Aftercare
A little aftercare goes a long way for retention and for keeping your lash line feeling fresh. Keep things gentle, keep things clean, and try not to put your lashes through the wringer in the first 24 hours.
Skip steam, saunas, and hot yoga for the first 24 hours
Clean your lashes regularly with a lash-extension-safe cleanser and pat dry
Brush lightly when dry and avoid oily products around the lash line

Most clients get the best look with fills every 2–3 weeks. Retention depends on your natural lash cycle, aftercare, and lifestyle.

Let us know when you book so we can recommend the most comfortable option. Our UV/LED system can be a great fit for some clients who react to traditional adhesive fumes. We’ll also walk you through aftercare to keep your eyes feeling calm and your retention on track.

Most lash lifts last about 4–7 weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle and how you care for them.
